01 - 3 (8-oz.) cold Brie cheese wheels
02 - Honey or jam for topping
03 - Crackers or toasts for serving

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Take a serrated knife and cut off all the rind from each Brie wheel. Set aside until they reach room temperature.
02 - Put your room-temp Brie in a stand mixer bowl with the paddle attached. Mix on medium until it gets fluffy and smooth, about 10 minutes. Don't forget to scrape the sides now and then.
03 - Scoop the fluffy Brie onto a plate. Add a drizzle of honey or jam on top and put out some crackers or toasts for dipping.

01 - You'll need all three wheels - don't try making less. The stand mixer needs this amount to create that airy, soft texture.
02 - The cheese will look firm at first but will turn lighter and fluffier after beating for the full 10 minutes.
