Pop your lemonade in the fridge until it's good and cold. Pour into glasses packed with ice, and for a little sparkle, add some bubbly water right before serving if you want.

Tip your strawberry-lemon blend into a big pitcher. Stir in that coconut water, then sweeten with the cooled syrup (start with about 60 ml and add more if you want it sweeter).

Drop the strawberries and your fresh-squeezed lemon juice into the blender. Whiz on high until you can't see any chunks.

Toss sugar and water into a microwave-safe jar or glass bowl. Microwave for a minute and a half, mix until the sugar's vanished, then chill it in the fridge.
