Strawberry Coconut Lemonade (Printable Version)

Chill out with a sweet-tart splash of coconut water, lemon, and strawberries—it’s your go-to drink when the sun’s out.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 480 ml coconut water
02 - 450 g strawberries, stems removed and split
03 - 180 ml fresh lemon juice (around 4 lemons)
04 - 100 g white sugar
05 - 120 ml water

→ Optional

06 - Bubbly water for topping off (if you like)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop your lemonade in the fridge until it's good and cold. Pour into glasses packed with ice, and for a little sparkle, add some bubbly water right before serving if you want.
02 - Tip your strawberry-lemon blend into a big pitcher. Stir in that coconut water, then sweeten with the cooled syrup (start with about 60 ml and add more if you want it sweeter).
03 - Drop the strawberries and your fresh-squeezed lemon juice into the blender. Whiz on high until you can't see any chunks.
04 - Toss sugar and water into a microwave-safe jar or glass bowl. Microwave for a minute and a half, mix until the sugar's vanished, then chill it in the fridge.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra juice, pop your lemons in the microwave for 20 or 30 seconds, then roll them hard before squeezing.
02 - Stir some vodka or bubbles in for adults, or freeze extra mix in molds for cool popsicles.
