                In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until a smooth dressing forms.

                Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

                Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking tray. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper. Distribute the Bang Bang sauce generously across the surfaces of each fillet.

                Place the tray in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

                Remove baked salmon from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves, lime wedges, and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
