Raspberry Lime Fizz (Printable Version)

Raspberries, bubbly water, and a squeeze of lime join up in this sweet, ice-cold sip that's totally thirst-quenching.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - Ice cubes, as much as you want
02 - 240 milliliters bubbly water
03 - 30 milliliters honey or a splash of simple syrup
04 - Juice from two limes
05 - 150 grams ripe raspberries

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Give everything a soft stir to mix well, then hand it out right away over a bit more ice if you like.
02 - Splash as much sparkling water on top of the drink as you want your fizz to be.
03 - Use your strainer to catch any raspberry bits or seeds while you pour into a big glass.
04 - Drop in lime juice, your honey or syrup, then a bunch of ice cubes before you shake it up really well with the raspberries.
05 - Crush those raspberries with your muddler in the shaker so they break down and let out their lovely juice.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try tossing a few whole raspberries or a lime slice on top to make it look fancy.
02 - You could swap the honey for agave if that's more your thing.
03 - Feel free to use club soda instead of sparkling water if that's all you've got handy.
04 - Pour in just a taste of cranberry or pomegranate juice if you want a cool twist.
