No-Bake PB Cups (Printable Version)

Fast, simple cups with just 3 items. Nutty and jammy goodness without added sugar.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
02 - 1 cup natural peanut butter (swap with almond or cashew butter if preferred)
03 - 1/2 cup no-sugar-added jam
04 - Several small pinches of salt, if wanted
05 - Chunky salt for sprinkling, if wanted

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set up 10 paper liners in your muffin tin or place 10 silicone cups on a baking sheet.
02 - Warm coconut oil in a small pot until liquid, then stir into peanut butter until smooth and well mixed. Throw in some salt if you'd like more flavor.
03 - Drop a tablespoon of your peanut butter mix into each cup liner. Stick them in the freezer for 10 minutes to set up.
04 - Pull cups from freezer and drop two teaspoons jam onto each peanut butter base. Press down lightly with the back of your spoon to spread it out.
05 - Cover each jam center with another tablespoon of the peanut butter mix, making sure the jam is completely hidden.
06 - Pop everything back in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until firm. Keep stored in a sealed container - freezer for harder cups, fridge for softer ones.
07 - Want salt on top? Add it after 5 minutes in the freezer when cups are just starting to firm up. This keeps the salt from disappearing into the mixture.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Adding a bit of good salt really brings out the flavors if your nut butter doesn't already have some.
02 - Don't let the first layer get too hard - if it's frozen solid, the next layer won't stick properly.
