Choco PB Cups (Printable Version)

Crunchy peanut butter cups topped with silky chocolate. Great for snacking anytime!

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups crispy rice cereal
02 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (swap for dairy-free ones to make plant-based)
03 - 1 cup nutty peanut butter
04 - 6 tablespoons golden honey
05 - 1/8 teaspoon table salt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Put paper or silicone cups into your muffin tin so the treats won't stick.
02 - Put a pot on low heat and mix together the peanut butter, honey, and salt. Keep stirring till it's all runny and smooth, then take it off the heat.
03 - Gently stir the crispy rice cereal into your peanut butter mix until every bit is covered.
04 - Scoop the mixture into your lined muffin tin and push down a bit to make a little cup shape.
05 - In another pot over low heat, melt your chocolate chips until they're shiny, then pour some over each peanut butter cup.
06 - Stick the whole pan in your fridge for at least an hour so the chocolate gets hard.
07 - Take your treats out of the fridge, pull off the paper cups, and munch on these crunchy peanut butter chocolate goodies.
