Minty Peach Lemonade (Printable Version)

Bring instant summer vibes to your glass with juicy peaches and breezy mint, giving classic lemonade a playful upgrade.

# What You'll Need:

→ Herbs

01 - 15 mL fresh mint, plus a handful extra for topping

→ Fruit

02 - 4 to 5 juicy peaches, pitted, rinsed, and sliced

→ Base

03 - 2 litres of lemonade you like (homemade or shop-bought)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Fill cold glasses with ice. Top them off with extra mint and peach slices if you want.
02 - Grab a big pitcher. Tip in the peach-mint purée. Pour in the rest of the lemonade. Stir it all together, then drop in those peach slices you held back, plus some thin lemon slices if you feel fancy.
03 - In a blender, toss in the leftover peach slices, mint, and 250 mL of your lemonade. Blend until it's velvety and smooth. Want it super smooth? Pour it through a fine mesh strainer.
04 - Rinse off the peaches, take the pits out, and slice them up. Hang onto about a quarter of those slices for looking pretty on top.
05 - Get your favourite lemonade prepped as you like it, whether you made it yourself or grabbed it from the store. Keep it in the fridge or have it ready.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Pick the ripest peaches and fresh mint for the brightest taste. Using a strainer makes your drink silky smooth, no pulp left.
02 - Toss ice right into the pitcher or just add it to each glass if you want to keep things strong and not watered down.
