# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop your ingredients in the fridge so they’re nice and cold. Get everything ready on the counter.
02 - Grab your peaches, peel off the skin, get the pit out, and cut them into slices.
03 - Toss peach slices in the blender and run until it’s super smooth. Strain the peach mix into a bowl to remove any chunky bits.
04 - Pour peach puree, honey, and lemon juice into a pitcher. Stir it around till the honey melts in.
05 - Spoon the mix into your flutes, fill up with the chilled sparkling water, give a gentle swirl, and toss on the mint to make it look fancy.
