Peach Bellini Sparkle (Printable Version)

Kick back with this fizzy peach drink loaded with fruity goodness and just the right sweet-tart kick.

# What You'll Need:

01 - Handful of fresh mint, if you'd like

02 - 2 peaches, nice and ripe, peeled, pitted, then sliced up

03 - 2 cups of fizzy water

04 - 1 tablespoon of honey

05 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

01 - Pop your ingredients in the fridge so they’re nice and cold. Get everything ready on the counter.

02 - Grab your peaches, peel off the skin, get the pit out, and cut them into slices.

03 - Toss peach slices in the blender and run until it’s super smooth. Strain the peach mix into a bowl to remove any chunky bits.

04 - Pour peach puree, honey, and lemon juice into a pitcher. Stir it around till the honey melts in.

05 - Spoon the mix into your flutes, fill up with the chilled sparkling water, give a gentle swirl, and toss on the mint to make it look fancy.

01 - Frozen peaches work fine if you can’t get fresh, just thaw before blending.

02 - Like it sweeter or more lemony? Mess with the honey and lemon until you love it.

03 - Cool everything in advance so your drink’s perfectly chilled when served.
