5 Minute Air Fryer Pizza (Printable Version)

Super crisp tortilla bottom piled with melty cheese, sauce, and whatever you love—done in minutes in the air fryer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 to 8 slices pepperoni or whatever toppings you like
02 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or use olive oil spray
07 - 2 (8-inch) tortillas

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Just cut your pizza into wedges and eat while it's still warm.
02 - Take your pizza out with a spatula. Throw the second loaded tortilla in the basket and do it all over again.
03 - Let the cooked pizza sit in the basket for a few minutes. It gets extra crunchy.
04 - Spritz a bit of oil in the air fryer basket. Pop one tortilla pizza inside. Cook it about 4 to 5 minutes, until the cheese bubbles and the tortilla gets crispy.
05 - Scoop your pizza sauce onto the tortillas and spread it out. Sprinkle mozzarella, drop on pepperoni slices if you're using them, then shake on the leftover seasoning mix.
06 - Brush both sides of each tortilla with some olive oil or spray them down. Add half your parmesan-seasoning mix over the top.
07 - Stir the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning together in a little bowl. Make sure it looks blended.
08 - Get your air fryer hot—set it to 400°F (204°C). This gets the crust nice and crackly.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Pop any leftovers in a container and stash in your fridge. They'll keep about 3 days. Zap them in the air fryer and they'll crisp up again.
02 - You can grab almond flour, wheat, or any tortillas you like for different flavors or diet needs.
03 - Try swapping pizza sauce for pesto, alfredo, or even BBQ for a fun new taste.
04 - You can mix up the cheese and toppings—it's easy to make it your own.
