# What You'll Need:

→ Crust

01 - 250 g crushed graham crackers
02 - 115 g melted unsalted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

→ Swirled Filling

04 - 225 g softened cream cheese
05 - 240 ml whipping cream, heavy
06 - 100 g sugar, powdered
07 - 1 teaspoon extract of vanilla
08 - 120 ml condensed milk, sweetened
09 - Pastel gel food coloring (blue, pink, purple, yellow)

→ Garnish

10 - Cream, whipped
11 - Sprinkles for Easter
12 - Pastel candies or mini chocolate eggs

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Combine sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter until well mixed. Push the mixture down firmly along the sides and bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Let it cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
02 - Smooth out the cream cheese with a mixer, then add in the condensed milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Separately, beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then gently blend it into your cream cheese mix.
03 - Split your filling into four equal portions and add a different pastel color to each bowl. Drop spoonfuls of each color randomly into your pie crust, then lightly drag a toothpick through to create pretty swirls.
04 - Wrap and stick in the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight until it's completely set.
05 - Just before you serve, add a dollop of whipped cream, scatter some Easter sprinkles, and place mini chocolate eggs on top.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want cleaner slices? Pop it in the freezer for half an hour first.
02 - Always pick gel food coloring instead of liquid for brighter colors that won't mess up your filling.
03 - You can make this up to two days ahead and keep it in your fridge.
