Cilantro Yogurt Dip (Printable Version)

Vibrant, smooth cilantro dip with yogurt, garlic, and lime. Awesome on tacos, chips, or any salad.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Crack some black pepper and sprinkle salt, as you like
02 - Chop up 2 cups cilantro leaves and their softer stems (that’s almost a whole small bunch)
03 - Squeeze out 1/4 cup lime or lemon juice, fresh is best
04 - Spoon in 1/2 cup tangy sour cream, or swap in more Greek yogurt
05 - Pour in 1/4 cup good olive oil
06 - Toss in 3 garlic cloves, skins off
07 - Grab a jalapeño and pull out the seeds (only if you want) and chop it up
08 - Shake in 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (only if you feel like it)
09 - Scoop in 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Move the finished sauce to an airtight container or bottle for dressings and pop it in the fridge. It’ll last up to a week.
02 - Give it a taste. If it needs more salt or pepper, go for it until it feels right to you.
03 - Toss in some salt and black pepper, then blend everything together until it’s super smooth.
04 - Dump cilantro, Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, your citrus juice, olive oil, jalapeño (if you like), and cumin (if you want) into your food processor.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Tastes awesome on burrito bowls, grilled chicken, tacos, salads, or just dunk your veggies in it.
