→ For the Slaw and Assembly

13 - 300 g green cabbage, finely shredded
14 - 15 g fresh cilantro, finely chopped
15 - 120 ml Greek yogurt
16 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
17 - 1 pinch fine sea salt
18 - 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
19 - 8 corn or flour tortillas, 15 cm diameter

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Blot shrimp dry with paper towel. Combine shrimp with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Sear for 90 seconds, flip, and cook another 90 seconds until shrimp are opaque and caramelized. Work in batches to avoid overcrowding.
03 - Reduce heat to low. Add butter, lime zest, lime juice, and honey to the pan. Toss shrimp to coat and bring to a gentle simmer. Simmer 2–3 minutes to thicken sauce. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
04 - In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss thoroughly to lightly coat the cabbage.
05 - Heat tortillas using a microwave, oven, or directly over a gas flame until supple and warm.
06 - Layer creamy slaw into each tortilla, top with 4–6 shrimp and a spoonful of pan sauce. Garnish with sliced avocado and an extra squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
