Amazingly tender cookie squares topped with a crunchy cinnamon-sugar coating. The classic snickerdoodle taste in a convenient, no-fuss bar format!

# What You'll Need:

→ Powdery Mix

01 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour
02 - 1 tsp baking powder
03 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Moist Mix

04 - 1/2 cup soft butter, unsalted
05 - 1 cup white sugar
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 1 tsp vanilla flavor

→ Sweet Spice Coating

08 - 2 tsp cinnamon powder
09 - 2 tbsp white sugar

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F (180°C). Butter your baking dish (8×8-inch works great) or put down some parchment.
02 - Throw the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Put it aside for now.
03 - Take another bowl and beat the soft butter with sugar until it's puffy and pale.
04 - Drop in the egg and vanilla, then stir until everything's mixed up good.
05 - Slowly pour the dry stuff into the butter mix, stirring until you've got nice dough.
06 - Push the dough flat across your pan, making sure it's spread out all the way to the edges.
07 - Mix up the cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar in a little cup. Dust it all over your dough.
08 - Stick it in your hot oven for 25-30 minutes. It's done when the sides turn golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
09 - Wait until it's totally cool before you cut it into squares.
