Pizza Eggs Bacon Cheese (Printable Version)

Eggs, cheese, and bacon get baked together on a crispy crust—makes brunch (or breakfast) extra tasty.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 tablespoon butter
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste
06 - 6 large eggs
07 - 6 strips bacon
08 - 1 prepared pizza dough (homemade or picked up from the store)
09 - 1/4 cup milk or cream

→ Optional Garnish

10 - Chopped chives or fresh parsley

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Take your pizza out, sprinkle on those chives or parsley if you want, cut it up and enjoy while it's warm.
02 - Pop the loaded pizza in the oven again. Let it bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese gets melty and starts bubbling, and that crust turns a lovely golden shade.
03 - After par-baking, spread the soft scrambled eggs on the crust. Now scatter your cheddar and mozzarella all over, then add the bacon pieces last so you get even coverage.
04 - Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk 'em with milk, some salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pan over low-medium heat. Pour eggs in and gently stir until they're set but still a little soft.
05 - Fry bacon strips on medium heat till they're crisp. Drain the fat and chop the bacon up once they've cooled.
06 - Start by setting your oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out pizza dough on your baking tray or stone, give it a quick brush with olive oil, then give it a six-to-eight minute bake so it gets a light golden crust.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you cook the eggs all the way at first, they'll get way too tough later. Take 'em off the heat when they're still a little soft; they'll finish cooking on the pizza.
