Get your milk, yogurt, banana, peaches, and some honey or maple syrup ready.

Toss the peaches in your blender first, then the banana, yogurt, pour in the milk, add your sweetener last.

Pop on the lid and run your blender at full blast. Keep it going until everything's nice and smooth—should take about half a minute to a minute.

Right after blending, fill up your glasses and drink while it's chilled.
