01 - 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
02 - 1 ripe banana
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 cup whole milk or your go-to alternative
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get your milk, yogurt, banana, peaches, and some honey or maple syrup ready.
02 - Toss the peaches in your blender first, then the banana, yogurt, pour in the milk, add your sweetener last.
03 - Pop on the lid and run your blender at full blast. Keep it going until everything's nice and smooth—should take about half a minute to a minute.
04 - Right after blending, fill up your glasses and drink while it's chilled.
