01 - 450 grams beef bacon (approximately 16 thick-cut slices)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grip each end of a bacon slice and twist tightly to form a spiral shape.
02 - Place the twisted bacon strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a rimmed baking tray, ensuring space between pieces for air circulation.
03 - Set the air fryer to 177°C. Cook the bacon for 13 to 15 minutes, checking after 12 minutes to achieve preferred doneness. Extend cooking time by 1–2 minutes if a crunchier texture is desired.
04 - Remove the twisted bacon with tongs and drain on a paper towel if desired. Serve hot for optimal flavor and texture.
