Switch your air fryer on to 380°F (193°C). Give the basket a quick spritz with non-stick spray so nothing sticks.

Toss those apple cubes in a mixing bowl with just 1 tablespoon of the maple syrup, cinnamon, and the melted coconut oil. Mix until they’re all covered.

Pour the apples into the warm air fryer basket. Try not to pile them up too much—it helps them cook better if there's some space.

Let the apples cook for about 10 to 14 minutes. Shake the basket around the halfway mark. When they look golden and a bit crispy but soft inside, they’re good to go.

Once they’re done cooking, dump the apples into a bowl right away. Stir in the rest of that maple syrup. Enjoy while warm however you like.
