Winter Citrus Bowl (Printable Version)

Crisp seasonal fruits tossed in a tangy citrus drizzle.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - ¾ cup juicy pomegranate seeds
02 - 1 cup sweet blueberries
03 - 4 kiwis, peeled then cut into quarters
04 - 1½ cups strawberries, sliced in half
05 - 4 or 5 oranges, peeled and chopped up

→ Dressing

06 - ½ teaspoon tiny poppy seeds
07 - 1½ teaspoons honey (or swap for your favorite sweetener)
08 - ¼ cup squeezed orange juice (fresh is best)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss the chopped oranges, halved strawberries, quartered kiwis, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds in a big bowl. Add as much of the dressing as you want and give everything a good mix just before you're ready to eat.
02 - Mix that orange juice, poppy seeds, and honey together in a small bowl using a whisk. Chill it in the fridge until it's time to use.
