Take it out of the oven. Pour on the hot honey, toss on some basil, and slice it up.

Slide your pizza onto the baking sheet or stone. Let it bake for about 10 to 12 minutes till the cheese bubbles and the crust is nice and golden.

Place the prosciutto slices all over that cheesy surface.

Plop ricotta all over the dough and keep a little space at the edge. Next, go over the ricotta with mozzarella.

Roll the dough out into a big 12-inch circle on a surface with flour sprinkled on it.

Crank the oven up to 475°F (245°C). If you've got a pizza stone, get it heating up inside too.
