White Pizza Prosciutto Honey (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
02 - 2 tbsp hot honey
03 - 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
04 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - 1 lb pizza dough

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Take it out of the oven. Pour on the hot honey, toss on some basil, and slice it up.
02 - Slide your pizza onto the baking sheet or stone. Let it bake for about 10 to 12 minutes till the cheese bubbles and the crust is nice and golden.
03 - Place the prosciutto slices all over that cheesy surface.
04 - Plop ricotta all over the dough and keep a little space at the edge. Next, go over the ricotta with mozzarella.
05 - Roll the dough out into a big 12-inch circle on a surface with flour sprinkled on it.
06 - Crank the oven up to 475°F (245°C). If you've got a pizza stone, get it heating up inside too.

01 - For crunchier crust, use a hot stone or steel to bake straight on top.
02 - Hanging tight for 2–3 minutes before you cut it up helps the cheese stay put.
