03 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
04 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced up
06 - 40 g onion, chopped fine
07 - 25 g breadcrumbs
08 - 60 g shredded white cheddar
09 - 100 g fresh spinach, chopped up
10 - 450 g ground chicken

→ For Serving

11 - More white cheddar for topping, if you want
12 - Tomato slices if you’re feeling it
13 - Lettuce leaves (optional)
14 - 4 burger buns

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop a patty on each bun and pile on lettuce, tomato, or extra cheese if you want. Dig in right away.
02 - Give the patties a few minutes to chill on a plate once they’re done. That way, they stay juicy for building your burgers.
03 - Set a grill pan or skillet on medium and drizzle with a bit of oil. Slide the patties in with some space around them. Grill each side for about 5–6 minutes, till they’re golden and the centers hit 75°C.
04 - Take the mixture and split it into four. Shape your patties so they’re about 1.5 cm thick, and poke a small dip in the middle of each so they cook through the same.
05 - Toss ground chicken, chopped spinach, cheddar, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Mix it all up but don’t go overboard—just till combined.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Don’t mix the burger blend too much or things get tough. Letting patties sit a bit after you cook keeps them moist and tasty.
