Watermelon Mocktail Lime (Printable Version)

This punchy, fruity sipper blends juicy watermelon and zippy lime. Tastes sweet, perks you up, and works great for hot days or happy moments.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 30 ml agave nectar
02 - Ice cubes, whatever amount you like
03 - 30 ml fresh lime juice, save some extra for the rim
04 - 360 g seedless watermelon cubes, save a small chunk for topping

→ Rim Garnish

05 - Lime wheel for topping
06 - 2 g Tajin spice
07 - 1 tbsp (15 g) chunky salt

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss a handful of new ice into your rimmed glass. Pour the watermelon blend over the ice. Add a small watermelon chunk and a slice of lime on top.
02 - Put some lime juice on a small dish. Mix chunky salt and Tajin on a different plate. Dip your glass in the lime, then into the salt-Tajin to coat the edge.
03 - Tip the strained watermelon liquid into a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Add agave and 30 ml lime juice. Pop the lid on and shake hard till super cold.
04 - Toss the watermelon chunks into a blender or food processor, blend until liquid. Strain with a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the bits.
