03 - 1/2 cup sour cream
04 - 1 bag (9.25 oz) Fritos corn chips
05 - 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
06 - 1 package taco seasoning
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
09 - 1/2 cup water

→ Optional Toppings

10 - Jalapeños
11 - Guacamole
12 - Sour cream
13 - Sliced green onions
14 - Salsa

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grab your favorite toppings like guacamole or salsa and toss them on while it's still hot.
02 - Take the foil off and keep baking for 5 more minutes. Look for lots of melted cheese and bubbling edges.
03 - Stick the dish into the oven and let it bake for 15 minutes while it's under the foil.
04 - Spread the last of the chips on top, cover everything with remaining cheese, and tightly wrap the whole thing in foil.
05 - Spoon all the beef and bean filling over those cheesy corn chips so it's nice and even.
06 - Toss half the Fritos in the pan lined with spray and sprinkle on half the shredded cheese.
07 - Dump in the black beans, add diced tomatoes with green chiles, toss in your sour cream, and let it all bubble for about 8 to 10 minutes, making sure it thickens up a bit.
08 - Pour in taco seasoning with half a cup of water, crank up the heat until it bubbles, then lower it and let it hang out on the stove.
09 - On medium, crumble the beef in a big skillet until it's brown. Throw in the onion and cook till it gets soft.
10 - Switch the oven on to 350°F (about 175°C) and give a 9×13-inch pan a quick spritz of nonstick spray.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting in. It makes serving up slices way easier, plus the flavor really pops.
