Ube Purple Drink (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups rice milk
02 - 2 cups ice cubes
03 - 2 tbsp ube powder
04 - 1 1/2 tbsp condensed milk
05 - 1 1/2 tbsp evaporated milk
06 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
07 - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
08 - 1 tbsp sugar
09 - 1/4 tsp ube extract

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pour rice milk, both milks, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar into a pitcher or jug. Give them a good mix.
02 - Move everything to the blender and blitz. Once that's mixed well, toss in the ice and keep blending until it's all slushy and smooth.
03 - Take the ube powder and ube extract and stir them together in another bowl until it's purple and even.
04 - Scrape that ube stuff into your blender and hit blend again until it all looks the same color.
