# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Warm up veggie oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken about 6-7 minutes each side until it's fully cooked and turns golden. Take it out, let it sit briefly, then cut into chunks or strips.
02 - Put a bit more oil in the pan if needed and cook the chopped garlic and ginger for a minute or two until they smell good.
03 - Throw in the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha, and coconut milk into the pan. Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes till it's smooth and warm. Add the lime juice and sesame oil, then taste and tweak if needed.
