Follow the pack’s oven temp. Spread out tater tots on a tray and bake till they're nice and crisp.

Heat olive oil in a big oven-safe pan on medium. Toss in beef and onions. Stir a bunch for 8 minutes till beef browns up and onions soften.

Mix in garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Cook for about a minute till you get a nice smell going.

Pour in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire. Stir well and keep it simmering on medium-low for 5 minutes so it thickens.

Spread the cooked tater tots over the meat mix, pressing them in so they soak up the sauce.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese all over the tater tots evenly.

Pop the pan under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it so cheese melts and bubbles without burning. Take it out right away.
