Toss ground chuck in a skillet and cook till no pink remains.

Throw in chopped onions and keep cooking till they smell good.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of taco mix over the meat mixture and stir it all together.

Dump the cooked meat mix into your crock pot.

Pour in chili beans, tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes, and water. Give it all a good stir.

Stir in the leftover taco mix, then shake in salt and pepper how you like it.

Let it bubble away for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low setting.

Drop some shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top before you dig in. So good!
