01 - 1 pound ground chuck
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 3 cans (15 oz each) chili beans
04 - 1 can tomato sauce
05 - 1 can rotel tomatoes
06 - 1 cup water
07 - 2-3 tablespoons taco mix
08 - Salt and pepper, as needed

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss ground chuck in a skillet and cook till no pink remains.
02 - Throw in chopped onions and keep cooking till they smell good.
03 - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of taco mix over the meat mixture and stir it all together.
04 - Dump the cooked meat mix into your crock pot.
05 - Pour in chili beans, tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes, and water. Give it all a good stir.
06 - Stir in the leftover taco mix, then shake in salt and pepper how you like it.
