Each bite brings you tasty beef, gooey cheese, a little crisp from chips, soft rice, and a velvety finish. It's rich, full, and hits the spot.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 1 packet (28 g) taco seasoning mix
03 - 60 ml water or beef broth
04 - 240 g refried beans
05 - 340 g cooked Mexican rice
06 - 4 large flour tortillas
07 - 100 g corn chips like Doritos or Fritos

→ Toppings

08 - 240 ml warm cheese dip
09 - 110 g shredded Mexican cheese
10 - 120 ml smooth sour cream
11 - Salsa for dipping

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss the beef in a hot pan over medium heat and break it up. Wait till it browns. Then toss in the seasoning and pour in water or broth. Give it a good mix and cook a bit longer. Add in the beans, mix again, and loosen things with more liquid if needed.
02 - For rice that's already cooked, just heat it up. Warm up the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make folding a breeze.
03 - Lay out a soft tortilla. Spoon some beef and beans down the center, pile on the rice next, then crunch on some chips. Splash cheese dip over everything, add shredded cheese, then top it off with sour cream.
04 - Fold in the sides of your tortilla. Roll it snugly from the bottom so nothing falls out. Do this for each one until they're all wrapped.
05 - Want that outside extra crispy? Throw your wrapped burritos in a dry pan and toast both sides till golden — just a couple minutes does the trick.
06 - Time to eat! Dig in right away and don’t forget a scoop of salsa on the side if you’re feeling it.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Keep those chips crisp—put it all together just before digging in.
02 - If you want to freeze, skip adding the chips. Wrap them in foil and plastic, they'll last up to 5 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
03 - To reheat, microwave, oven, or skillet works great. Just make sure everything’s steaming hot.
04 - For even crispier edges, give your burrito a quick skillet toast before eating.
05 - Save time next round by making extra rice or beans to freeze ahead.
