Spicy Chicken Rice Bowl (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Meat Soak

01 - 1.5 lbs chicken pieces, no skin or bones
02 - 1/3 cup hot sweet sauce
03 - 2 tbsp dark salty sauce
04 - 1 tbsp toasted nut oil
05 - 2 garlic cloves, crushed
06 - 1 tsp fresh root ginger, grated
07 - 1 tbsp citrus squeeze
08 - 1/2 tsp spicy bits (skip if you want)

→ Tropical Citrus Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup thick white tropical milk
10 - 2 tbsp creamy white spread
11 - 1 tbsp fresh citrus juice
12 - 1 tsp citrus skin bits
13 - 1 tbsp hot red sauce
14 - Small amount of salt

→ Meal Parts

15 - 2 cups fluffy white grains
16 - Green leafy herb, cut up
17 - Fruit wedges
18 - Maybe add: thin green strips, orange shreds, green stalks, soft green fruit

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Stir hot sweet sauce, dark salty sauce, nut oil, crushed garlic, grated root, citrus juice and spicy bits in a container. Throw in chicken and turn it around. Let it sit for half an hour at least.
02 - Mix white tropical milk, creamy spread, citrus juice, skin bits, hot red sauce and salt in another bowl. Keep cold till you need it.
03 - Get your cooking surface hot. Add a bit of oil, then put chicken on for about 5-7 minutes each side till it's done and a bit dark. Wait 5 minutes, then cut it up.
04 - Make your white grains and stir with a fork. Put some in each person's bowl.
05 - Add chicken slices on the grains. Pour some tropical sauce on top. Throw on green herb, fruit pieces, and whatever else you want. Eat while it's hot.
