# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get a 9x13 pan and cover it with parchment. Whip eggs and sugar with a mixer till pale and thick. Add vanilla then sift flour, baking powder, and salt over the mix and fold in gently. Stir in milk and then the chopped strawberries. Spread it all in the pan and bake about 10 to 12 minutes till springy to the touch.
02 - While it's still hot, carefully roll the cake inside the parchment to make a log. Let it cool completely rolled up or it might crack later.
03 - In one bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla till smooth. In another bowl, whip cream till stiff peaks appear. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mix gently until blended.
04 - Unroll the cooled cake carefully. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly on top. Roll it back gently without squeezing tight. Wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours to help it set.
05 - Mix melted butter, crushed Oreos, and strawberry jelly powder in a small bowl till crumbly.
06 - Spread a thin layer of cheesecake mix on the outside of the chilled roll. Cover it with the crumble all over. Top with sliced strawberries, whipped cream, and drizzle strawberry syrup. Cut into slices to serve.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Rolling the cake when it's hot using parchment stops cracks and keeps it smooth.
02 - Make sure the roll is well chilled before slicing for clean cuts.
03 - Try swapping strawberries with peaches, raspberries, or blueberries for a twist.
