Strawberry Punch with Coconut (Printable Version)

A smooth, exotic Strawberry Piña Colada Punch that's great for gatherings or beating the summer heat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Drink Foundation

01 - 1½ cups coconut water or milk
02 - Optional: dash of vanilla extract for depth

→ Fancy Toppers

03 - Pineapple chunks
04 - Strawberry pieces

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Throw the pineapple, strawberries, orange juice concentrate, cream of coconut, coconut water, pineapple juice, and ice into your blender. Whip everything up until it's smooth and velvety.
02 - Empty your blended mix into a big pitcher or bowl. Stick it in the fridge for at least half an hour so it gets cold and the tastes blend together.
03 - Give everything a good stir, then pour over fresh ice cubes. Top each glass with some pineapple chunks and sliced strawberries.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want it thicker? Just use frozen fruit instead of fresh ones.
02 - Don't swap out cream of coconut unless you add extra sweetener to regular coconut milk - it's what gives that real tropical taste.
03 - Making it early? Mix everything but leave out the ice. Keep it cold in the fridge, then add crushed ice when you're ready to serve.
04 - You can keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Just stir it well before drinking again.
