01 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste if you want
02 - 5 medium strawberries
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar or any sugar-free swap you like
04 - 4 oz yogurt or just use more cream cheese or coconut cream
05 - 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Let the cream cheese warm up on the counter so it softens. If it's coconut cream, make sure it's thick and smooth before using it.
02 - Dump in your yogurt or extra cream cheese (or coconut cream), the powdered sugar or sweetener, vanilla, cream cheese, and the pureed berries. You can use a mixing bowl, blender, or food processor—whatever's handy.
03 - Cut off strawberry tops. Mash or blend strawberries until they turn into a smooth purée.
04 - Blend everything together nice and smooth. Keep going till the texture looks even and creamy all over.
05 - Spoon your mousse into bowls or cups and stick them in the fridge. Let it sit and get thick—mousse really firms up as it gets cold.
