Tasty Protein Balls (Printable Version)

Fruity, protein-packed nibbles you can enjoy without any guilt.

# What You'll Need:

01 - ½ cup traditional oats
02 - 1 cup ground almonds
03 - 2 scoops protein mix, vanilla flavor
04 - ¼ cup soft cream cheese
05 - ¼ cup crushed strawberries, freeze-dried type
06 - 2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey or tree syrup)
07 - 1 tsp pure vanilla
08 - 1–2 tbsp any milk, as needed for texture

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grab a big bowl and stir together the traditional oats, ground almonds, and vanilla protein mix.
02 - Mix in your soft cream cheese, the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, sweetener, and pure vanilla. Keep stirring until everything comes together.
03 - When your mix seems too crumbly, add milk one spoon at a time until you can easily shape it.
04 - Take small amounts and roll into 1-inch balls, then arrange them on a plate lined with parchment paper.
05 - Let them firm up in the fridge for 30 minutes or more. Eat them now or pack in a sealed container and keep refrigerated for up to seven days.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try using ground oats instead if you can't have nuts.
02 - You can swap in plant cream cheese or thick Greek yogurt for a non-dairy version.
03 - They'll stay good in your freezer for about 3 months.
04 - Try adding some melted dark chocolate on top for a fancy treat.
