Press half the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Remove this layer with parchment and refrigerate. Line the pan with fresh parchment and repeat with remaining dough.

Lay chocolate bars across the dough, breaking as needed to cover. Spread marshmallow creme over the chocolate layer, then gently place the chilled dough layer over the top.
