11 - 180 grams marshmallow creme

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line an 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and well-integrated.
03 - Add egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture, blending thoroughly.
04 - Fold in all-purpose flour, crushed graham crackers, salt, and baking soda. Mix until the dough forms and no traces of flour remain.
05 - Press half the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Remove this layer with parchment and refrigerate. Line the pan with fresh parchment and repeat with remaining dough.
