12 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
13 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
14 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
15 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
16 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
17 - 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning

→ Other

18 - 1/4 cup plain flour

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Scoop the hot shrimp and rice combo onto dishes right away and dig in.
02 - Toss the shrimp you cooked earlier back in the pan and give everything a good stir. Let it heat through so it's all nice and warm.
03 - Dump in the cooked rice and let everything hang out on low for about 5 more minutes so the rice really soaks up the flavors.
04 - Slowly pour in the chicken broth while you keep stirring. Let it bubble on low for 5-7 minutes so things get a little thicker.
05 - Sprinkle that flour all over the meat, then stir it until you don't see dry spots.
06 - Pour in the cayenne, salt, black pepper, chili powder, onion and garlic powders, thyme, and oregano. Stir it up until it smells awesome.
07 - Dump in your onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook it until the veggies get soft and the meat looks browned all the way.
08 - Pour that last spoonful of oil into the pan, then add both meats. Break them up and cook until you only see a little pink left.
09 - In a big skillet, warm up 2 tablespoons of oil on medium-high. Pop in the shrimp and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side until they curl up and aren’t see-through. Take 'em out and set aside.
10 - Shake seafood seasoning over the shrimp so they get covered all over.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Let your rice cool off on a baking sheet before adding, or grab a batch that’s just cooked, so everything blends together and doesn’t clump.
