# What You'll Need:

→ Seasoning and Oils

01 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Main Ingredients

06 - 65 g bell pepper (pick any color you like), diced up
07 - 1 small zucchini, cut into chunky half-moons
08 - 53 g red onion, sliced thick
09 - 397 g smoked kielbasa sausage, chopped into slices
10 - 1 cup butternut squash, cubed

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop your veggies and sausage into the oven for about 25 minutes until those edges brown up and everything softens nicely.
02 - Spread the tossed goodies all over your oiled baking sheet so they’re not hiding on top of each other.
03 - Splash olive oil over everything, then shake on smoked paprika, dried thyme, garlic salt, and a hit of pepper. Mix it all up so everything’s dressed.
04 - Toss your half-cooked squash into a big bowl along with the zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and the sliced kielbasa.
05 - Stick your butternut squash cubes in a microwave-safe dish. Zap them for a couple of minutes so they get a head start while you chop the other stuff.
06 - Set your oven to 204°C (400°F) and let it heat up while you prep.
