Move everything onto plates and toss some parsley on top before you dig in.

Dump the sauce over your sausage and sweet potatoes. Pop a lid on and let it all bubble away for about 10 minutes. The potatoes should be nice and soft.

Mix honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce, a sprinkle of paprika, a little salt, and black pepper in a bowl until combined.

Toss the potato cubes in with the sausage. Keep stirring now and then for five minutes to get them started.

Pour the olive oil into a big pan set over medium heat. Drop in your sausage and let it cook, stirring so all sides get browned, about 5–7 minutes.

Cut, peel, and cube up the sweet potatoes—aim for all the pieces to be about the same size so they cook evenly.
