Sausage Green Beans Potatoes One-Pan (Printable Version)

Toss sausage, green beans, and potatoes onto one tray and bake. Super easy and filling. Just right for low-effort dinners that hit the spot.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound andouille or kielbasa sausage, slice it up (pre-cooked is fine)
02 - 1 yellow onion, cut into thin slices
03 - 1 pound fresh green beans, snip the ends off
04 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, slice them evenly

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Finish

10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Toss a bit of parsley over everything while it's still hot. Dish it out and dig in.
02 - Bake for about 30–40 minutes in your hot oven. Around halfway, give everything a good stir so it all browns up right. Potatoes should be fork-tender and sausage golden.
03 - Move the seasoned mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Make sure it all spreads out and isn't piled up so it roasts nicely.
04 - Mix everything up so the spices and oil cover every veg and piece of sausage.
05 - Add your Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and pour the olive oil all over. Get ready to mix.
06 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the potatoes, sausage, onion, and green beans.
07 - Turn your oven on and set it at 400°F (200°C) so it's good and hot when you're ready.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Get the sausage and veggies in one big spread so everything cooks evenly and gets crispy.
02 - Stir things around halfway through baking so it browns up and nothing burns on the edges.
03 - Tweak the spices if you want more or less kick before baking.
04 - For less fat, swap out the regular sausage for turkey sausage.
