Toss a bit of parsley over everything while it's still hot. Dish it out and dig in.

Bake for about 30–40 minutes in your hot oven. Around halfway, give everything a good stir so it all browns up right. Potatoes should be fork-tender and sausage golden.

Move the seasoned mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Make sure it all spreads out and isn't piled up so it roasts nicely.

Mix everything up so the spices and oil cover every veg and piece of sausage.

Add your Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and pour the olive oil all over. Get ready to mix.

Grab a big bowl and throw in the potatoes, sausage, onion, and green beans.
