Once they're baked, let 'em sit on the pan to cool a little. Move them over to your serving dish after that.

Toss the tray in and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. When they look browned and feel set, you're good.

Scoop out some of the mix—about a tablespoon each—roll into balls an inch wide, and lay them on the tray. Don't crowd them.

Now dump in your shredded cheese and that Bisquick. Stir everything so it all gets mixed up nicely.

Use a big bowl to toss in the sausage, cream cheese, and drained tomatoes. Mash and mix 'til smooth.

Crank up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover your tray with parchment or one of those silicone mats.
