Ranch Turkey Club (Printable Version)

Turkey, cheddar, ranch, crisp veggies and bacon, all wrapped up super quick when you’re hungry for something filling.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped up
02 - 3 slices ripe tomato
03 - 4 slices cooked bacon
04 - 2 slices cheddar cheese
05 - 4 slices deli turkey breast, oven-roasted
06 - 2 tablespoons creamy ranch dressing
07 - 1 big wheat tortilla

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Chop both ends off if you like, split down the middle, and dig in. Tastes best if you eat it right away, trust me.
02 - Tuck in the bottom edge over your fillings, fold the sides inward, and roll it up snug like a burrito so nothing falls out.
03 - On top of the ranch, toss your turkey, then cheese, bacon, tomato slices, and finish with some lettuce. Cover most of the tortilla’s middle.
04 - Slather ranch right onto the tortilla’s center. Use the back of a spoon or spatula to get it smooth.
05 - Lay that tortilla flat out on your cutting board. Make sure it bends easily and isn’t ripped anywhere.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Pat lettuce and tomato dry first so things stay crunchy. Eat not long after making for that fresh feel.
02 - If stashing for meal prep, wrap it up snug in plastic or pop in a sealed container. Keeps in the fridge up to four days.
03 - To freeze, skip lettuce and tomato for now. Wrap the rest tight in plastic, chill in the fridge, and add fresh veggies after thawing.
