Now take your dish out of the oven, throw on some parsley if you want, and enjoy while it’s still hot.
02 -
Pop it back in, but leave the foil off. Bake around ten minutes until the top is golden and melted.
03 -
Throw a sheet of foil over the top and bake for about twenty minutes. That’ll get everything nice and hot.
04 -
Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella over everything so you get gooey cheese in every bite.
05 -
Do the same thing again—pasta on the bottom, beef and sauce on top, another round of cheddar sprinkled all over.
06 -
Toss half the pasta into your greased baking dish. Spread on half of your beefy sauce, then top with cheddar.
07 -
Once your beef’s cooked, toss in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dump in the tomato sauce, soup, and sour cream, then mix until it’s smooth and heated through.
08 -
Heat up a big pan on medium. Cook your ground beef with the diced onion until the meat’s browned and onions are soft. Make sure to drain off the grease.
09 -
Flip your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil up a 9 by 13 dish so nothing sticks, then set it aside.
