Fun Peeps Cookie Bars (Printable Version)
Sugar cookie bars meet playful Peeps in a tasty creation.
# What You'll Need:

16.5 oz package of chilled sugar cookie dough

8 colorful Peeps marshmallows (more or less as you want)
# Step-by-Step Guide:

Get your oven nice and hot at 350°F (175°C).

Coat your 8×8 inch baking pan with cooking spray so nothing sticks.

Split your cookie dough in two equal parts and push one half flat across the bottom of your greased pan.

Arrange your colorful Peeps on top of the flattened cookie layer.

Crumble the other half of cookie dough into little pieces and scatter them over the Peeps.

Pop it in your hot oven for about 8 minutes.

Spray a spatula with non-stick spray, pull the pan out carefully, and gently twirl the melty Peeps without pushing into the bottom cookie layer.

Stick it back in the oven for another 12 minutes until the cookie parts turn a nice golden color.

Allow everything to cool down completely, then stick the pan in your fridge for about an hour.

After chilling, spray a butter knife with cooking spray and cut your creation into square pieces.
