Peanut Butter Cocoa (Printable Version)

Sip on milk chocolate goodness mixed with peanut butter. Dollop with whipped cream if you like.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 scoop (about 18 g) smooth peanut butter, don’t use the natural kind
02 - 1 cup (240 ml) milk, skim or whole—whatever you like
03 - 1 tablespoon water
04 - 1 tablespoon (7 g) plain cocoa powder
05 - 2 tablespoons (25 g) white sugar

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Peanut butter drizzle
07 - Whipped cream

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grab a mug (8 oz or 240 ml works great) and pour in your hot chocolate. Hit it with some whipped cream and a bit of that peanut butter drizzle if you feel like it.
02 - Now pour in your milk and add the peanut butter. Mix everything together. Let it warm up on medium heat, give it a good stir every now and then until you see steam and the peanut butter’s totally blended.
03 - First pop your sugar, cocoa, and water into a little pot. Warm them over medium and keep stirring, so everything melts together nice and smooth.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Microwave? Easy. Chuck sugar, cocoa, and water in a mug, nuke it for 15 seconds, then stir. Mix in the peanut butter, then add your milk. Heat it all another minute or so until hot, pausing to stir so it’s smooth.
02 - To whip up some peanut butter sauce, just mix 2 spoonfuls of corn syrup with a spoon of peanut butter in a safe bowl. Nuke for 10-20 seconds till it bubbles. Give another stir. Good to go!
