# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 120 ml plain soda or grapefruit soda (use if you like)
02 - Pinch sea salt
03 - 1 ml apple cider vinegar or non-alcoholic tequila
04 - 15 ml maple syrup or any sweetener you like
05 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 60 ml grapefruit juice

→ For the Rim (optional)

07 - Lime or grapefruit wedge for coating the rim
08 - Salt or Tajin for glass edge

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pop a lime or grapefruit wedge on top and enjoy right away.
02 - Pour your shaken drink into a tumbler with fresh ice. Pour in grapefruit or plain soda if you want.
03 - Give the shaker a good, hard shake for about 15–20 seconds. You want everything super cold and well mixed.
04 - Drop the grapefruit juice, lime juice, sweetener, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt into a shaker. Toss in 3 or 4 ice cubes and close up the lid.
05 - Grab a small plate and put some salt or Tajin on it. Rub a lime or grapefruit slice around your glass rim and dip it into the salt or Tajin. Press a little to stick it on there.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want more citrus? Try lime sparkling water or toss in more fresh grapefruit juice.
02 - Feel free to swap maple syrup with honey syrup, simple syrup, Stevia, or monkfruit if you like a different sweetener.
03 - If you use apple cider vinegar, you'll get a more interesting flavor, while non-alcoholic tequila gives it that classic mocktail kick.
