Crank up your oven to 175°C and let it warm up.

Toss the beef mince into a hot skillet and cook, stirring, until it’s nicely browned. Get rid of the extra grease.

Sprinkle in your Italian spice and then add the pizza sauce. Let it gently bubble till it’s a little thicker.

Lay out the bun halves, cut side facing up, on your baking tray.

Spoon the saucy beef onto each bun half, then top everything off with a good sprinkle of cheddar.

Let them bake for about 12 minutes, till the cheese is gooey and starting to brown.

Put the top buns on, give them a couple minutes to cool off, and serve while they’re still warm.
