Pizza Burgers Classic (Printable Version)

Cheddar, beef, and zippy sauce sit on warm buns for an easy, crowd-pleasing dinner ready in less than 25 minutes.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 170 g sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 6 split burger buns
03 - 1 tbsp Italian blend seasoning
04 - 240 ml pizza sauce
05 - 450 g beef mince

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Crank up your oven to 175°C and let it warm up.
02 - Toss the beef mince into a hot skillet and cook, stirring, until it’s nicely browned. Get rid of the extra grease.
03 - Sprinkle in your Italian spice and then add the pizza sauce. Let it gently bubble till it’s a little thicker.
04 - Lay out the bun halves, cut side facing up, on your baking tray.
05 - Spoon the saucy beef onto each bun half, then top everything off with a good sprinkle of cheddar.
06 - Let them bake for about 12 minutes, till the cheese is gooey and starting to brown.
07 - Put the top buns on, give them a couple minutes to cool off, and serve while they’re still warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you want it classic, swap cheddar with mozzarella for that stretchy cheese vibe.
02 - Feel free to throw on toppings like pepperoni, olives, or even some cooked bell peppers.
03 - Keep leftovers in a sealed container for up to three days and pop them back in the oven to warm them up and keep them toasty.
