Zesty Orange No-Bake Bites (Printable Version)

Tangy no-bake orange treats with smooth citrus punch.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 ½ cups white chocolate morsels
02 - ½ cup whipping cream
03 - 1 tablespoon sweet butter
04 - Peel from 1 orange
05 - ½ teaspoon orange flavoring
06 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla
07 - ¼ teaspoon table salt
08 - 1 cup confectioners sugar (for coating)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Put the white chocolate morsels in a heat-safe bowl. Warm up the whipping cream and butter in a small pot until it barely bubbles. Pour this hot mixture onto your chocolate and wait about 60 seconds. Mix until it's all smooth. If needed, pop it in the microwave for quick 10-second blasts.
02 - Blend the orange peel, orange flavoring, vanilla, and salt into your melted chocolate mix. Cover it with plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for around 2 hours until it's firm enough to work with.
03 - After cooling and setting, grab a small cookie scoop or regular spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll each bit into small round balls. If they're too mushy, let them chill a bit more.
04 - Cover each ball completely in confectioners sugar. You can also try shredded coconut or graham cracker bits for something different.
05 - Keep your treats in a sealed container in the fridge until you're ready to eat them.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Scrape just the orange skin for best taste and don't go into the bitter white part.
02 - Add a touch more orange flavoring if you want stronger citrus notes, but go easy.
03 - Put some sugar on your hands if the mix sticks when you're making the balls.
04 - Add some melted chocolate drizzle on top for a fancy touch.
05 - You can make these goodies ahead and keep them cold in your fridge or freezer.
