Put the white chocolate morsels in a heat-safe bowl. Warm up the whipping cream and butter in a small pot until it barely bubbles. Pour this hot mixture onto your chocolate and wait about 60 seconds. Mix until it's all smooth. If needed, pop it in the microwave for quick 10-second blasts.

Blend the orange peel, orange flavoring, vanilla, and salt into your melted chocolate mix. Cover it with plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for around 2 hours until it's firm enough to work with.

After cooling and setting, grab a small cookie scoop or regular spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll each bit into small round balls. If they're too mushy, let them chill a bit more.

Cover each ball completely in confectioners sugar. You can also try shredded coconut or graham cracker bits for something different.
