Herb Olive Dip (Printable Version)

Smooth olive oil mixed with Mediterranean herbs and chopped garlic, perfect with bread, veggies, or your favorite crackers.

# What You'll Need:

→ Herbs and Seasonings

01 - Black pepper, just a pinch or so
02 - Salt however much you like
03 - 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Dip Base

08 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up fine
09 - 1/2 cup good extra virgin olive oil

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Set out your Mediterranean oil mixture with veggies, slices of bread, or crackers for dipping.
02 - Pop a lid or some wrap over the bowl. Give the mix about an hour out on the counter to bring everything together.
03 - Stir it all up good so the herbs and spices are mixed all through the oil.
04 - Toss the fresh chopped garlic and olive oil into your bowl. Dump in your herbs, spice, salt, and pepper now.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Try it with a splash of lemon or balsamic to give it a little zing.
02 - You can prep this ahead and stash it in the fridge for a few days. Just let it warm up on the counter before using.
