Pizza Tortellini (Printable Version)

Tortellini loaded with gooey cheese, chunky meats, zesty sauce, and plenty of melty mozzarella.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 24 ounces pizza sauce
02 - Sliced pepperoni as much as you want
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
05 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped up
06 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1 pound ground beef
09 - 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced up
10 - 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
11 - 12 ounces of tortellini

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Grab your serving plates and dish everything up nice and warm. Sprinkle on some fresh herbs if you feel like it.
02 - Toss mozzarella over the skillet mix and lay your pepperoni slices on top. Cover, kill the heat, and hang tight until the cheese looks perfectly gooey.
03 - Pour in your pizza sauce and gently add the boiled tortellini. Give everything a gentle toss and let it all warm up together for a bit.
04 - Heat up some olive oil, then cook onion till soft. Toss in the sausage and beef. Let it brown and break it all up. Mix in garlic and seasoning. Ditch extra grease, then throw bacon into the pan.
05 - Get your tortellini cooked in boiling water as the package says. Drain it and leave it off to the side.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Want it lighter? Go with low-fat cheese and lean ground beef.
02 - You can fix this ahead and leave it in the fridge. Just add cheese and pepperoni right before reheating.
03 - Let the whole thing cool, then freeze it in a sturdy container if you want to save it for later. Warm it up fully when you're ready to eat.
