01 -
Warm up the leftover pizza sauce and put it on the side for dunking your pizza bread.
02 -
Slide your pizza bread into the hot oven and let it get golden and crisp for around 20 to 25 minutes.
03 -
Paint the top of the dough with that melted butter, then sprinkle on the Parmesan and the last bit of oregano.
04 -
Use a sharp knife to slice the dough into strips on both sides. Fold those over the center, taking turns from side to side, so it wraps up the filling.
05 -
Down the middle of the dough, slather about half a cup of pizza sauce. Lay on the provolone slices, then scatter the pepperoni, spoon on the beef mix, and finally top it off with mozzarella.
06 -
Roll that pizza dough out flat on a baking sheet with low sides.
07 -
After the beef has cooled off a little, stir in a third of a cup of pizza sauce.
08 -
Throw the beef, oregano, garlic powder, and salt into a big non-stick pan. Cook it on medium, breaking it up until it's brown and no pink is left. Pour off any grease.
09 -
Get the oven heating up to 400°F, which is about 205°C.
