Tart Paloma Drinks (Printable Version)

Tangy palomas bursting with grapefruit, lime, sweet stuff, and a pinch of salt around the glass. Extra crisp and a cinch to throw together.

# What You'll Need:

01 - Salt or Tajin for rimming your glass (skip if you want)
02 - 4 oz plain or grapefruit soda (totally optional)
03 - Pinch of sea salt
04 - 0.25 tsp apple cider vinegar or try non-alcoholic tequila
05 - 0.5 oz maple syrup or use whatever sweetener you like
06 - 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
07 - 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pour through a strainer into a glass with fresh ice. Splash on some soda if you're in the mood. Add a garnish and sip right away.
02 - Drop in 3 or 4 ice cubes. Pop the shaker closed and really shake for about 15 seconds. You want it super chilly.
03 - Toss grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, plus that pinch of salt into your shaker or jar.
04 - Pour salt or Tajin on a plate. Rub citrus on your glass rim, then dip the edge in the salt or Tajin till it's covered how you like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Maple syrup really hits the sweet spot here, but any sweetener like simple syrup, honey syrup, monkfruit, or Stevia will work fine.
02 - Apple cider vinegar gives a slight tang; non-alcoholic tequila gives more classic flavor.
03 - You can swap in sparkling water, plain club soda, or grapefruit soda if you like bubbles.
