01 - 3 tablespoons cooking oil
02 - 1 diced yellow onion
03 - 1 pound ground beef (lean)
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 chopped jalapeno
06 - 1 tablespoon coriander powder
07 - 2 teaspoons garam masala spice
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
09 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
10 - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
11 - 1 teaspoon ginger powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon hot cayenne
13 - 28 ounces chopped tomatoes with juice
14 - 3 peeled russet potatoes, cut into small 1/2-inch chunks
15 - 1 cup green peas (frozen)

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pour cooking oil into a big pot over medium heat and toss in the diced onion. Let them cook for about 6-8 minutes until they turn clear, giving them a stir now and then.
02 - Throw in your coriander powder, garam masala, ground cumin, sea salt, turmeric, ginger powder, and hot cayenne. Give everything a good mix and let it cook for a minute until you can smell all those amazing spices.
03 - Drop in your lean ground beef. Break it up with your spoon and stir it around once in a while. Let it cook for about 6-8 minutes until there's no pink left.
04 - Add your chopped garlic and jalapeno to the pot. Stir it all together and cook for another minute.
05 - Dump in your tomatoes with all their juice and the potato chunks. Mix everything really well.
06 - Let the mixture bubble gently for 10-12 minutes, or until you can easily stick a fork in the potatoes.
07 - Mix in the frozen peas and warm them through before serving it up hot.
